RATES ARE FOR TWO PEOPLE, EXTRA PEOPLE $15 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, KIDS UNDER 12 STAY FREE

FOR STANDARD RESERVATIONS: one night deposit due at booking. Cash or credit/debit card are the only forms of payment we accept for the balance upon arrival. We will only accept personal checks for the deposit 14 or more days from arrival date. A refund will be issues if cancelled <<14 DAYS>> or more prior to arrival date LESS $25 CANCELLATION FEE. If reservation is made less than 14 days from arrival date your deposit is non-refundable once confirmed.
FOR CORAL SANDS WEEKLY RENTALS:*50% deposit due at booking. The balance has to be paid in full 30 days before check-in date. If you cancel less than 30 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued. If you cancel more than 30 days before the check-in date, you will be charged $500 cancellation fee. NOTE! Check-in: 3pm, check-out: 10am.
