Coral Sands Motel is a family-friendly motel located just a block away from the Beach and Boardwalk in the heart of Ocean City NJ. All rooms have flat screen TV, A/C, fridge & microwave. Free parking (one spot per room), beach tags available (with CASH deposit) and walking distance to everything in town. Call ahead for 1st floor rooms. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! Pet fee is $60 per pet per day, with no cap between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor day weekend, and $150 cap outside of that window. Cancellation policy & other info

RATES ARE FOR TWO PEOPLE, EXTRA PEOPLE $15 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, KIDS UNDER 12 STAY FREE PET FRIENDLY - $60 PER PET PER DAY, $150 CAP BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND AFTER LABOR DAY WEEKEND 1ST NIGHT + TAX DUE AT BOOKING; IF CANCELLED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR THE CHECK-IN DATE - ONLY $25 PENALTYAND IF LATE TO CANCEL - PENALTY IS THE 1ST NIGHT + TAX CHECK-IN TIME 3PM, EARLY CHECK-IN POSSIBLECHECK-OUT 11AM, NO LATE CHECK-OUTS NO PARKING HERE AFTER CHECK-OUT. ONE PARKING SPOT PER ROOM ONLY 2 BEACH TAGS INCLUDED (WITH $35 REFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT EACH). FOR STANDARD RESERVATIONS: one night deposit due at booking. Cash or credit/debit card are the only forms of payment we accept for the balance upon arrival. We will only accept personal checks for the deposit 14 or more days from arrival date. A refund will be issues if cancelled <<14 DAYS>> or more prior to arrival date LESS $25 CANCELLATION FEE. If reservation is made less than 14 days from arrival date your deposit is non-refundable once confirmed. FOR CORAL SANDS WEEKLY RENTALS:*50% deposit due at booking. The balance has to be paid in full 30 days before check-in date. If you cancel less than 30 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued. If you cancel more than 30 days before the check-in date, you will be charged $500 cancellation fee. NOTE! Check-in: 3pm, check-out: 10am. FOR PACKAGES AND DEALS: Deals are non-refundable and full prepayment is required. No refunds for no-shows.
